Cabinet Installer

Install custom and pre-fabricated cabinets, trim, and accessories in residential or commercial settings according to specifications and plans.
Read and interpret floor plans, shop drawings, and installation schematics to ensure proper placement and alignment.
Verify job site measurements and make adjustments as needed to ensure accurate fit and finish.
Use hand and power tools to secure cabinets, level units, scribe moldings, and complete high-quality installations.
Address on-site challenges such as unlevel surfaces, misalignments, or missing components professionally and efficiently.
Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or changes during installation.
Maintain a clean and safe worksite, protecting finished surfaces and cleaning up after work is completed.
Document and report installation status, issues, and completion to the office or project manager.

Experience installing high-end custom cabinets or millwork.
Basic carpentry or trim work experience (crown molding, toe kicks, fillers, etc.).
Familiarity with punch list procedures and customer walk-throughs.
Knowledge of jobsite safety protocols and OSHA compliance.

2+ years of cabinet installation or finish carpentry experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 75+ lbs, bend, kneel, and work in various residential environments.
